This car is great, but the cars.com site and the resulting process with the dealers was completely unhelpful. The dealers were unresponsive, uncooperative and not supportive of a web based or email based experience. After receiving the quotes, the first position of the dealers was to ask me to set up an appointment and come into the dealership...do people still buy cars that way. I wound up getting the car i wanted for $1,000 under dealer cost by working via email and over the phone outside of cars.com.
