My contact with the dealer began with an e-mail asking for information about one of their cars. Within minutes I received an e-mail and it was followed up by a phone call from Ray Gandurski. That phone call was had in the late afternoon on Monday December 30th. Due to the New Years holiday I could not get the dealer until Friday January 2d to inspect the car. Ray graciously advised that he would hold the car for me. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Ray. He had the car washed and ready for inspection. He answered all of my questions about the car and his estimate for the purchase was spot-on. We struck a deal within 30 minutes. Ray then followed me to the local Enterprise office where I dropped off my rental vehicle. For the first time in my life buying a car was not an adversarial tug-of-war. Steve, who answered our questions over the phone, was excellent, and Max, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. However, our experience with the individual who handled the finance portion was disappointing. She did not introduce herself and came across as rude and unprofessional. Having worked in customer service and finance for over 30 years, I believe this position requires someone more personable and approachable, as it is a critical part of the customer experience.
