I purchased my car from this dealership. I moved to Michigan two years ago and still drive 100 miles to have my car serviced. Bobby, the finance guy, helped me through an issue with the CUE system. They don’t forget their loyalty to customers way after the purchase date. This is the only place I will ever go from now on and I highly recommend them. I am very particular and they have always exceeded my expectations.

I originally took my car to Pep Boys because my check engine light came on and my vehicle was starting to die out or stall at traffic lights/stop signs. Pep Boys had my car for 7 days and after claiming it was one thing after the other they swapped out 3 different parts, but eventually called me and told me they couldn't figure it out and told me to come pick up my vehicle!!! I bought my SRX from here in 2014 and I have been taking it to them for oil changes, brakes, and other body work ever since then. These guys are fantastic! We were very satisfied with the work that was done on our automobile, but we wanted to have our car delivered after the service and said four times that we be called before delivery so someone would be home. No one called. The car was left on the driveway with the keys inside. We were very upset that we were not contacted before delivery.

Very friendly, efficient and knowledgable service staff. The transmission tech for my car on a ride along knew immediently the issue that was sporadic and hard to pinpoint. Would like to see a little less hard selling on specials from service reps but just doing their jobs

Sparing the details, I had a service issue with my 2010 Cadillac Hybrid Escalade. Being that Cadillac stopped making the Hybrid Escalade in 2013, there are not many parts available and service knowledge is limited. This dealership and specifically Thomas Mack (Service Manager) went far out of the way to accommodate my needs - my desperation. Again, sparing the details, Thomas went above and beyond my expectations and made things right. The service team and specifically Thomas at this dealership truly understand how to treat customers - you will be pleased!
