These guys are aces for service. My first time there, Vic Milnovic bailed me out of a jam even though I didn't buy the car there. The dealer I bought it from couldn't get me in for another week, and didn't have a loaner. I called Naperville on a whim, and Vic told me to come in immediately. My SRX had a problem with the oxygen sensor and zeigler Cadillac Buick GMC of Skokie could not fix it after 3 attempt. I decided to take the car to Cadillac of Naperville which I have serviced my car for year. After the diagnosis it was determined the the oxygen sensor needed replacing and my car needed a tune up. The tech also advised me that my car had the wrong spark plugs in it which he also corrected. The car is running fine. Thank you.

Cadillac of Naperville found damage done to my car from another dealership. They were honest and told me the previous dealer that put new brakes and tires on my car made a mistake. I did not have to pay for the repairs, the costs were worked out between the 2 dealerships.

Importantly, they follow cleaning guidelines before & after servicing every vehicle and every loaner. My service was completed in the estimated time. A service person also sat with me in the car to answer my specific questions about using audio options. I was able to plan my day and follow my schedule . I have purchased cars from this dealership since 1987 and have always had excellent, personalized care. The valet service is the best. I like when then give me a "teaser" car right before I am due for a new car to test out which one I would like to get next. The car is always washed and showroom ready when I get it back. Vic in the service department is always updating me on the progress and makes sure my car is perfect before calling me or delivery.
