Our overall experience was positive in several areas. Steve, who answered our questions over the phone, was excellent, and Max, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. However, our experience with the individual who handled the finance portion was disappointing. She did not introduce herself and came across as rude and unprofessional. Having worked in customer service and finance for over 30 years, I believe this position requires someone more personable and approachable, as it is a critical part of the customer experience.

Since I had purchased my Cadillac Escalade ESV in 2021, I still go out of my way to go to THIS dealership. It's about 25 miles from where I live and there are closer dealerships but none like this one.
The service is EXCEPTIONAL at all levels and departments to me over the years, although, I mostly deal with JOSE in the SERVICE department who always makes sure my daughters and I want for nothing while we are waiting for our vehicle to get serviced from a loaner vehicle to a ride to a restaurant while we wait for shorter times.

I traveled from Louisiana to Chicago O’Hare Airport, was meet there by Tommy and brought back to the dealership. They have the nicest place with the most helpful people working there.
